The Parish Council usually meet on the 1st Tuesday of every month (notices of meetings are posted on the Parish notice boards).
Planning meetings start at 6.00pm when required
Full Parish Council Meetings start at 8.00pm
Annual Parish Meeting starts at 7.30pm
All held in the Community Room, Hilmarton
Parishioners are welcome to attend and at the beginning of every meeting there is an opportunity for questions.
Minutes are sent to the Post Office in Hilmarton and Goatacre Hall.
